1. Who we are and what Trilovia is

Trilovia is a travel-planning website run by Piotr Bąk, a private individual (“we”). It helps you work out which trips fit a budget, shows places from Google, can write an AI outline of your days, and links to partner websites where you can check prices and book. Trilovia does not sell or book travel. Any booking is a contract between you and the partner.

2. Estimates are not prices

Costs shown on trip options are planning estimates built from general ranges, not offers or quotes. Real prices depend on dates, availability and the provider. Prices shown on partner offers come from the partner and show when they were last seen. Always check the final price, taxes and conditions on the partner’s site before you book. We are not responsible for differences between an estimate and a real price.

3. AI-written plans

The day-by-day plan is written by an AI from general knowledge and your request. It can be wrong or out of date: places can close, opening hours and rules change. It does not contain prices. Check anything important (opening times, tickets, travel rules, safety, visas, health) with an official source. Use it as a starting idea, not as advice.

4. Places, photos and ratings

Hotels, restaurants and attractions, with their photos, ratings and descriptions, are provided by Google and belong to Google and its contributors. We don’t check them, and a listing is not a recommendation or endorsement.

5. Accounts

• You need to be at least 16 to have an account. Browsing and planning do not need one.
• Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We may limit how often costly features (such as the AI plan and place search) can be used, per person and per day.
• You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may also suspend or remove an account that abuses the service.

6. Fair use

Please don’t misuse Trilovia: no attempts to overload, scrape or break it, bypass its limits, access other people’s data, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Affiliate links

Some links may earn us a commission if you book through them, at no extra cost to you. Such links will be marked. This does not change the estimates, and we don’t rank places by commission.

8. Availability and changes

Trilovia is an early preview offered free of charge and “as is”. It may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Trilovia after a change means you accept it.

9. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example for intentional harm, or consumer rights you cannot waive). Subject to that, we are not liable for losses from relying on estimates, AI text, third-party data, partner prices or bookings, or from the service being unavailable. Our liability for anything else is limited to the amount you paid us for Trilovia, which is currently nothing.
